Job summary

Trinnex seeks a Director of Digital Technology Operations & Innovation to steer the strategy, execution, and quality of the software engineering organization. You will ensure scalable, secure software solutions and foster a culture of ownership and collaboration across teams.

You will drive AI-enabled development, modern engineering practices, governance, and regulatory alignment while mentoring engineers and shaping the technology roadmap for current and future needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 15 years related experience; at least 3 in leadership/management.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering strategy & delivery across software products and client projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with quality, security, and scalability.
• Define technology, platform, and architecture strategies to improve performance, health, and long-term sustainability.
• Manage priorities, capacity, and risk across a diverse portfolio, balancing customer needs and business value.
• Partner with Product and business leaders to align engineering investments with strategic priorities and outcomes.
