Axtria, Inc. seeks a Director to lead Clinical AI, GenAI, and Agentic AI consulting for US pharma and life sciences clients.

This is a sales-facing role focusing on originating and closing new business, architecting AI-led clinical solutions, and representing Axtria to senior client stakeholders. The role requires working knowledge of GenAI and strong clinical domain depth, with a proven track record selling clinical analytics and AI services at leading firms.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in clinical/life sciences consulting or technology services.
• Proven success selling clinical analytics and AI services to pharma/biotech clients.
• Based in or willing to relocate to New Jersey; able to travel to client sites.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue growth for Clinical AI/GenAI consulting and drive full sales cycle.
• Build and own senior client relationships at VP/CxO level; advise on AI strategy for clinical R&D.
• Design modern AI solution architectures, including GenAI/LLM-based apps and predictive analytics.
• Represent Axtria at industry conferences, workshops, and briefings; publish viewpoints on GenAI in clinical value chain.
• Partner with delivery teams to ensure technical rigor, quality, and on-time delivery of engagements.
• Collaborate with India-based SME team to develop new offerings and go-to-market collateral.
• Maintain high CSAT and NPS to ensure ongoing client relationships.
