The position involves leading engagements spanning clinical data management, analytics, and AI-enabled decision support, with travel to client sites as needed. Based in or willing to relocate to New Jersey.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in clinical analytics or consulting with significant client-facing sales leadership.
• Experience at a leading consulting or technology services firm is required.
• Proven record of selling clinical analytics or consulting engagements to pharma/biotech clients.
• Strong clinical domain knowledge beyond a purely technical lens (study design, RWE, CDISC/SDTM).
• Bachelor's or Master's in Life Sciences, Data Science, or related field.
• Based in or willing to relocate to New Jersey; willing to travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Business Development & Sales: Drive new logo acquisition and account growth for clinical analytics and consulting services in the US.
• Client Relationship Management: Build senior relationships at VP/CxO level; expand Axtria's footprint.
• Strategic Advisory: Advise on clinical data strategy, analytics-ready data provisioning, and AI-enabled insights.
• Solution Oversight: Scope and price engagements across clinical data pipelines and analytics use cases.
• Thought Leadership: Represent Axtria in industry forums and client discussions on analytics and AI trends.
• GTM & Capability Building: Collaborate with India-based SME team for proposals, PoCs, and marketing collateral.
• Maintain high CSAT and NPS to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
