Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a Director of Business Transformation to lead enterprise-wide programs, shaping strategy and coordinating cross-functional execution. The role centers on AI-enabled operating models to improve growth, efficiency, and customer experience.

You will partner with senior leaders to drive governance, metrics, and benefit realization while embedding data-driven decision making across the organization. This is a national remote opportunity.

Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
• Ten (10+) years of experience leading large-scale business transformation initiatives.
• Certifications related to business transformation and/or AI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads enterprise or business unit–wide transformation programs aligned with strategic objectives.
• Shapes transformation strategy and translates enterprise priorities into executable roadmaps.
• Sponsors large-scale AI-enabled process redesign and technology enablement initiatives.
• Partners with VPs and executive leaders to align priorities, resources, and outcomes.
• Establishes enterprise-level governance, success metrics, and benefit realization frameworks.
