Qualifications

• Master's degree preferred; certifications in transformation and AI preferred.
• Ten or more years leading large-scale transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise or business unit–wide transformation programs.
• Shape strategy and turn priorities into executable roadmaps.
• Sponsor AI-enabled process redesign and technology enablement.
• Partner with executives to align priorities, resources, and outcomes.
• Establish governance, metrics and benefit realization frameworks.
