Sedgwick is seeking a Director of Business Transformation to lead enterprise-wide programs that drive growth, efficiency, and superior customer experience through AI-enabled operating models.

The role partners with senior leaders to translate priorities into actionable roadmaps, shape company-wide transformation, and ensure governance and measurable benefits. This position supports remote work in the US and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Master's degree preferred with experience leading large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Certifications related to business transformation and/or AI preferred.
• Ten (10+) years of experience leading large-scale transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise or business-unit transformation programs aligned with strategy.
• Shape transformation strategy and executable roadmaps.
• Sponsor AI-enabled process redesign and tech enablement initiatives.
• Partner with VPs and executives to align priorities and outcomes.
• Establish governance, metrics, and benefit realization frameworks.
• Drive data-driven decision making and continuous improvement.
• Ensure outcomes are embedded into operating models.
• Serve as a trusted advisor with executive presence and strategic insight.
