Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a Director of Business Transformation to lead enterprise-wide programs, shaping strategy and ensuring cross-functional alignment with AI-enabled operating models.

The role sponsors large-scale transformation initiatives, partners with senior leaders to align priorities and drives governance, metrics, and value realization—empowering data-driven decision making and continuous improvement across the organization.

Qualifications

• Master's degree preferred with strong leadership experience.
• Certifications in business transformation and/or AI preferred.
• Ten or more years leading large-scale transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise or business unit–wide transformation programs.
• Shape strategy and translate priorities into executable roadmaps.
• Sponsor AI-enabled process redesign and technology enablement.
• Partner with executives to align priorities, resources and outcomes.
• Establish governance, metrics, and benefit realization frameworks.
• Drive data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Ensure transformation outcomes are embedded in operating models.
• Act as trusted advisor with executive presence and strategic insight.
