Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 15 years of related experience with at least 3 in leadership roles.
• Proven experience leading software engineering organizations.
• Experience with cloud, cybersecurity, and DevSecOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering strategy, delivery, and architecture across software products and client projects.
• Define technology strategy, platform scalability, and governance to improve product performance and health.
• Partner with Product and business leaders to align engineering investments with strategic priorities.
• Foster AI-enabled development, automation, and responsible innovation while ensuring regulatory alignment.
