Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; 15 years of related experience with 3 in leadership.
Experience leading software engineering for product development and project delivery.
Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, cybersecurity, DevSecOps, and platform engineering.

Responsibilities

Lead engineering strategy and delivery across products and projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, high-quality outcomes.
Define technology, platform, and architecture strategies to improve performance and long-term sustainability.
Build and mentor high-performing engineering teams, fostering ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
