Job summary

MSD is seeking a Director of AI Delivery Management in Rahway, NJ. This role leads end-to-end AI implementation delivery, governance, and portfolio oversight across multiple engagements with senior IT and enterprise leaders.

The candidate will drive ethical AI practices, align product roadmaps with business value, and oversee dispersed teams while ensuring customer satisfaction and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred (MBA, MS in AI/ML, CS, or related field).
• Demonstrated track record delivering enterprise AI or intelligent automation with measurable business impact.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management across geographies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the engagement execution lead for AI projects, programs, initiatives, and strategic pursuits.
• Provide executive counsel and represent AI in cross IT planning, design, and execution sessions.
• Drive adoption of ethical, safe, and value-driven AI across product development and engagements.
• Lead and mentor AI teams; oversee multiple teams across dispersed tech centers.
• Ensure project and product management deliver clear strategy, roadmaps, and lifecycle outcomes.
