Job summary

Qualifications

• PhD in data science, AI/ML/LLM/Agentic system engineering, CS, semantic engineering, or related field with 5 years of industry experience.
• MS in a related field with 6 years of industry experience.
• BS in a related field with 7 years of industry experience.
• 5 years of technical leadership experience with AI/ML, NLP, or Agentic AI projects or products.
• 2 years of supervision experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional AI/ML engineers and data scientists to deliver NLP and agentic AI capabilities.
• Partner with stakeholders to design, build, and improve AI solutions.
• Rigorously evaluate ML workflows and develop human-in-the-loop approaches.
• Present plans and results to scientific and IT leadership.
• Mentor and recruit AI/ML engineers and data scientists.
