Job summary
McCarthy Holdings, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Director of Technical Program Management & Delivery Transformation to establish a value-based portfolio model, align enablers across software, data, AI, and technology, and drive a product-oriented delivery approach.
This role will lead disciplined Agile and SAFe adoption, improve flow, and make delivery status visible to executive leadership. You will shape the operating model, manage capacity, and coordinate cross-team roadmaps, ensuring alignment
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, business, project/program management, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in technical program management, portfolio management, product delivery, software engineering operations, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience leading enterprise Agile and/or SAFe transformation across a digital, technology, or product organization.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement a standardized portfolio-management operating model.
- Lead SAFe and Agile transformation across the Digital organization.
- Coordinate release planning, dependency reviews, and governance.
