Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, business, project/program management, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Minimum 10 or more years of progressive experience in technical program management, portfolio management, product delivery, software engineering operations, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience leading an enterprise Agile and/or SAFe transformation across a digital, technology, or product organization.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a standardized portfolio-management operating model for the Digital organization.
• Lead SAFe and Agile transformation, aligning leaders, teams, and processes across the organization.
• Build integrated roadmaps across applications, data, AI, architecture, security, platforms, and related capabilities.
• Establish release-readiness criteria and governance for software, integration, data, and platform capabilities.
• Develop capacity management, demand shaping, and evidence-based decision-making for prioritization.
• Provide concise executive reporting, governance artifacts, and recovery plans when initiatives are at risk.
