Job summary

McCarthy Holdings, Inc. seeks a seasoned Director of Technical Program Management & Delivery Transformation to lead a value‑based portfolio and delivery model for the Digital organization. You will guide Agile/SAFe adoption, improve flow, capacity planning, and ensure transparent status and trade‑offs for leaders.

You will partner with product, engineering, data, and architecture to align demand with business value, manage dependencies, and drive measurable outcomes across epics and programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience in technical program management, portfolio management, or related roles.
• Experience leading enterprise Agile/SAFe transformations in digital/technology contexts.
• Ability to translate demand into business value, alignment, and capacity impact.
• Proven ability to establish governance, cadence, and artifacts for portfolio delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a standardized portfolio-management operating model for the Digital organization.
• Establish end-to-end lifecycle for demand: envision, assess, prioritize, plan, execute, release, operate, learn.
• Create intake and triage funnel with clear entry criteria and ownership.
• Define portfolio forums, inputs/outputs, escalation paths, and decision cadence.
• Establish SOPs, templates, control points, and governance artifacts.
• Lead SAFe and Agile transformation across the Digital organization.
