The role requires a seasoned leader with demonstrated experience in portfolio governance, capacity planning, and cross-team delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field required.
• 10+ years in technical program/portfolio management or delivery leadership.
• Experience leading enterprise Agile and SAFe transformations.
• Strong ability to translate strategy into delivery plans and governance.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a standardized portfolio-management operating model.
• Establish end-to-end lifecycle for demand: envision, assess, prioritize, plan, execute, release, operate, learn.
• Create a single intake and triage funnel with clear criteria and ownership.
• Define portfolio forums, inputs, outputs, escalation paths and cadence.
• Establish SOPs, templates, controls, and governance artifacts for teams.
• Ensure governance improves decision quality and flow without bureaucracy.
