Job summary

McCarthy Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Director of Technical Program Management & Delivery Transformation to lead the Agile and SAFe transformation for its Digital organization. This role will build the operating model, improve delivery flow, and align prioritized work with strategic outcomes.

You will partner with executives and leaders to drive integrated roadmaps, cross‑team delivery, and disciplined governance, ensuring measurable value and predictable execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in technical program management and delivery.
• Experience leading enterprise Agile/SAFe transformations across large digital teams.
• Strong knowledge of Lean portfolio management, roadmaps, and capacity planning.
• Credible with engineering leaders and practitioners, able to translate strategy into delivery.
• Excellent written, verbal, and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and refine the SAFe and Agile transformation roadmap across the Digital organization.
• Lead portfolio, program, and team planning cadences and governance artifacts.
• Align strategy, architecture, and delivery with measurable business value.
• Establish release readiness, capacity management, and risk mitigation practices.
• Coach executives and teams on flow, estimation, sequencing, and incremental delivery.
• Provide concise executive reporting on outcomes, risks, and dependencies.
