Job summary

McCarthy Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Director of Technical Program Management & Delivery Transformation to establish a transparent, value-based portfolio and delivery model for the Digital organization in Phoenix.

You will lead the SAFe and Agile transformation, align leaders, teams, and governance, and drive predictable, product-oriented delivery of software, data, AI, and technology capabilities. The role focuses on building the operating model, improving flow, prioritization, and visibility

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise Agile/SAFe transformations.
• Experience leading Lean Portfolio Management and value-based prioritization.
• Experience delivering complex, cross-functional technology programs.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a standardized portfolio-management operating model.
• Establish end-to-end lifecycle for demand.
• Coordinate sequencing across product releases and data readiness.
• Lead SAFe and Agile transformation across the Digital organization.
• Define portfolio forums, inputs, outputs, escalation, and decision cadence.
• Maintain portfolio backlog and decision log.
