Qualifications

• Extensive experience in real estate acquisitions, especially affordable housing.
• Proven ability to source deals with brokers and industry contacts.
• Hands-on LIHTC experience and deal structuring.
• Strong due diligence and value-add / repositioning skills.
• Collaborative in-office team orientation.

Responsibilities

• Drive acquisition of affordable housing properties from sourcing through closing and development.
• Cultivate relationships with brokers and industry contacts to generate robust deal flow.
• Lead underwriting, due diligence, and feasibility analyses.
• Spearhead repositioning and value-add strategies.
• Oversee all acquisition documentation and negotiations.
• Ensure compliance with affordable housing programs, including LIHTC.
• Partner with internal teams, consultants, and external stakeholders to move deals forward.
