Qualifications

• College degree required; MBA or other advanced degrees preferred.
• Proven ability to influence across levels within a large organization.
• 10+ years’ experience in Marketing with focus on sales enablement and strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead advisor marketing strategy and service model across the advisor ecosystem.
• Provide strategic counsel and execution support to build brands and grow practices.
• Develop scalable self-service tools, content, and resources for advisors.
• Drive enablement and adoption of Thrivent’s marketing capabilities.
