Job summary

The Shipley School seeks a fundraising data professional to manage Raiser's Edge NXT, conduct prospect research, and support stewardship from the Alumni and Development office. This full-time onsite role reports to the Director of Development and supervises one direct report, with close collaboration across the Development Office and Finance.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of fundraising data experience with Raiser's Edge NXT.
• Ability to manage database integrity and create standard reports.
• Strong collaboration with Development Office and cross-functional teams.
• Proven supervisory or leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage Raiser's Edge CRM database integrity and security permissions.
• Oversee policies for gift entry, reporting, and data processing.
• Train staff on database policies and processes; maintain procedures manual.
• Coordinate data requests and generate monthly/annual reports for offices.
• Supervise the Advancement Services Coordinator and ensure timely gift processing.
• Develop and maintain donor lists for annual reports and gratitude publications.
