Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with Raiser's Edge NXT is required or strongly preferred.
• Strong data management, reporting, and donor stewardship skills.
• Ability to train staff and develop procedures and manuals.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across offices.

Responsibilities

• Manage Raiser's Edge CRM data integrity and security permissions.
• Oversee policies for gift entry, counting, and reporting.
• Develop procedures and train staff on Raiser's Edge usage.
• Produce monthly gift reports and annual NAIS reporting.
• Supervise the Advancement Services Coordinator and ensure timely gift processing.
• Collaborate with Development, Finance, and Communications teams.
