Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years managing a packaging development team.
• Deep hands-on knowledge of 2.5D/3D package architectures.
• Strong understanding of package design and thermal management.
• Experience with wafer-level processes and substrate technologies.

• Establish and manage third-party relationships with suppliers.
• Monitor and report project progress and supply chain performance.
• Domestic and international travel required (10-15%).
