Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a Lead Engineer Tech II to lead and manage engineering projects in the Aero Electronic Solutions domain at our Minneapolis, MN site. You will provide technical leadership, coordinate activities, and ensure delivery of high-quality aerospace solutions meeting rigorous standards.

Responsibilities include setting up and maintaining fabrication equipment, developing jigs/tools, and translating drawings and CAD files into production-ready parts.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or related field required.
• 10+ years’ experience as a machinist or toolmaker preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate and maintain equipment to fabricate hardware (mills, lathes, drill presses).
• Create, repair and modify jigs and tools; fabricate/repair mechanical assemblies per drawings and CAD files.
• Interpret engineering specs and tolerances to ensure quality and conformance.
