Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a Sr Director to lead the global ISC Advanced Manufacturing Engineering team for New Product Introduction (NPI). You will drive producibility, cost-to-cost targets, production readiness, and customer quality across the aerospace portfolio.

Lead strategic development and hold teams accountable to deliver high-impact results. You will collaborate with SBU engineering, Program Management, and ISC leaders to align objectives, standards, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
8 years of New Product Development experience.
US Citizenship due to contractual requirements.

Responsibilities

Deliver NPI program objectives including producibility, design-to-cost targets, production readiness, and customer quality.
Embed producibility into core design processes as a change agent.
Develop standard work, clear roles and responsibilities, and training programs to improve employee engagement and skills.
Design and develop Management Operating Systems to ensure effective team operations and drive results to program and department objectives.
Collaborate with SBU engineering, Program Management, and ISC leaders to build cross‑organizational alignment.
