Job summary

Grindr is seeking a Director of Ads Product to own the product vision and roadmap for our advertising business. This role will lead a small PM team, partner with engineering, data science, and GTM teams, and drive the evolution of our ad tech stack while balancing user trust and revenue growth.

You will steer a multi-format ads strategy, including programmatic, rewarded ads, and self-serve platforms, designed to scale with Grindr's global audience and our AI-native product direction.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years in product management with ownership of ads products.

Responsibilities

• Define and own Grindr's advertising product strategy and roadmap across programmatic, rewarded ads and self-serve platforms.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, and GTM teams to ship best-in-class ad products.
• Build and scale Grindr's rewarded ads portfolio and improve existing experiences.
• Lead and develop a high-caliber ads PM team and cultivate accountability.
• Drive evolution of ad tech stack and make build-vs-buy decisions for long-term scale.
• Use data, experiments, and market insight to evaluate ad performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Partner with Ad Sales and Finance to meet financial targets for a public company.
