Job summary

Grindr is seeking a Staff Product Manager, Growth to partner with the Head of Growth and own Grindr’s user growth function across acquisition, activation, retention, reactivation and churn prevention. You will define and drive a multi‑quarter roadmap, collaborating with Data Science, Marketing and international teams to optimize DAU/MAU and onboarding.

Qualifications

• Several years of hands‑on product management experience owning complex consumer products from strategy through launch.
• Proven track record delivering multi‑quarter product strategies that improve activation, engagement or retention.
• Strong analytical judgment using data, experimentation and behavioral insights.

Responsibilities

• Help build Grindr’s growth product function from the ground up, defining opportunities across the user lifecycle.
• Develop and drive a multi‑quarter roadmap spanning acquisition, activation, retention, reactivation and churn prevention.
• Improve the new user experience from App Store discovery through onboarding and first week on Grindr.
• Lead discovery, experimentation, launch and iteration across high‑impact growth initiatives.
• Partner with Data Science to translate insights into product priorities and outcomes.
• Collaborate with Marketing on App Store optimization and lifecycle capabilities.
