Job summary

Grindr is seeking a Director of Ads Product to own the advertising product vision, roadmap, and performance. You will partner with engineering, data science, GTM, and finance to ship best-in-class ad products that balance user trust and revenue growth.

You will lead a high-caliber ads PM team, drive experimentation, and shape the ad tech stack for long-term scale across a hybrid workplace based in multiple U.S. offices. This role emphasizes strategic leadership and impact.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of product management experience with ownership of consumer-facing ads.
• Experience building and scaling an ads product from early stage to scale.
• Strong data fluency for metrics, experimentation, and performance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Define and own Grindr's advertising product strategy and roadmap.
• Lead a small ads PM team and foster accountability and craft.
• Drive evolution of Grindr's ad tech stack and monetization infrastructure.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, Ad Sales, and Finance to hit targets.
