Grindr is seeking a Staff Product Manager for Monetization to shape revenue growth on a leading LGBTQ+ social platform. You will craft monetization strategies, drive cross‑functional collaboration, and enhance user experiences through innovative monetization features and optimizations.

With millions of users relying on Grindr, you will lead roadmap development, run multivariate tests, and measure impact on conversion and revenue.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience, preferably in consumer subscriptions.
• Strong understanding of subscription revenue dynamics: acquisition, conversion and retention.
• Proven track record leading monetization initiatives from ideation to launch.
• Experience with A/B testing, user research and other optimization methods.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product roadmap to drive monetization strategies aligned with goals.
• Collaborate and lead cross-functional teams to prioritize features and timelines.
• Design, implement and measure multivariate tests to improve features and revenue.
• Monitor key metrics and iterate to optimize the purchase funnel and conversions.
• Communicate results and align stakeholders toward monetization goals.
