Job summary

Nathan Layne Institute in Idaho is seeking a Director of Admissions to lead a multi-campus team, coach top performers, and align admissions with our mission of transforming lives. You’ll own admissions strategy, build scalable processes to convert leads, ensure full classes, and collaborate with Marketing to tell our story across Boise, Twin Falls, and Pocatello.

This role rewards proactive leadership and tangible impact.

Qualifications

• Experience leading admissions, recruiting, sales, or enrollment teams.
• Strong sales and relationship-building skills.
• Experience coaching and developing people.
• CRM experience (Salesforce, Edlumina, or similar).
• Knowledge of lead generation and digital marketing.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Comfortable using data to drive decisions.
• Ability to travel between campuses as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Admissions Representatives across multiple campuses.
• Create an admissions experience that makes prospective students feel heard, encouraged, and excited.
• Own the admissions strategy: convert leads, keep classes full, and build waitlists.
• Partner with Marketing to craft campaigns that attract the right students and generate quality leads.
• Shape the future of our schools by collaborating with leadership to drive growth and process improvements.
