• Ability to meet enrollment targets and contribute to a data-driven strategy.
• Familiarity with EOS framework is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead Generation and Management: engage with potential students through social channels, events, and partnerships; use CRM to track leads and nurture prospects.
• Admissions Consultations: conduct one-on-one sessions to understand goals and guide them through the admissions process.
• Data-Driven Sales Strategy: use metrics to drive enrollment targets; collaborate with marketing to refine outreach.
• Maintaining Compliance and Reporting: ensure activities comply with regulations and school policies; report metrics during weekly EOS meetings.
• Building Relationships and Networking: develop relationships with students, alumni, industry professionals, and local beauty businesses to create a referral network.
