Medforth Global Education is seeking a Director of Admissions to lead strategy and execution across the admissions funnel from inquiry to enrollment. Reporting to Executive leadership, you will guide the St.

George’s University School of Medicine Admissions team and drive outcomes with data-informed decisions. You will collaborate with Recruitment, Marketing, Financial Aid, Registrar, Scholarships, and IT to enhance the applicant journey, reduce melt, and sustain enrollment growth while building

Qualifications

• Progressive experience in higher education admissions and enrollment management.
• At least 3 years leading admissions teams with measurable results.
• Experience in U.S. admissions markets; Canadian exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop data-informed admissions strategies to optimize funnel performance.
• Analyze enrollment data and market trends to drive continuous improvement.
• Lead and coach a high-performing admissions team with clear KPIs.
• Oversee daily Admissions Office operations and CRM-enabled workflows.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance the applicant journey.
