Southeastern College is seeking a Director of Admissions to lead campus enrollment efforts, oversee candidate engagement, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new students. As onsite role in Florida, you will manage an admissions team, forecast enrollments, coordinate with financial aid, and drive monthly start objectives while maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified applicants.

• Manage the flow and distribution of inquiries (web search providers...)
• Track advertising and inquiry sources to determine effectiveness
• Review daily activity reports (daily flash) including inquiries, outbound calls, calls answered, appointments scheduled, interviews conducted, and enrollments
• Motivate staff and reinforce positive accomplishments
• Forecast student numbers and potential gaps for each start date
• Oversee orientation for each class start
