Educational Alliance in Lower Manhattan seeks a full-time Director of Admission Services to manage centralized admissions, clinical intake, and outreach across residential and ambulatory programs. The role oversees risk reviews, regulatory compliance, and liaison work with billing and external partners.
The ideal candidate holds an NYS LCSW/LMHC, a Master’s in a clinical field, and at least five years in behavioral health with supervision experience. A CASAC is preferred.

We are seeking a full-time Director of Admission Services who will manage centralized admissions, clinical intake, triage, bed utilioxation, and outreach across CRW's full clinical care continuum. This includes OASAS Part 820 residential programs (Pride site), OASAS Part 822 ambulatory and outpatient clinics (Project Contact), and community support services. The Director will lead intake workflows, supervise admissions staff, drive program enrollment through external presentations and outreach, and ensures regulatory compliance across all admissions operations.
