Job summary

You will manage vendor relationships, coordinate security, janitorial and building management, and supervise staff to ensure safe, compliant operations tied to site goals.

This role reports to senior leadership, shapes operating plans (1–3 years), drives process improvements, and partners with Operations, HR, EHS and IT to deliver scalable

Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant experience, including leadership of multiple teams.
• Ability to lead complex, undefined issues requiring extensive analysis.
• Capability to influence executive leadership and oversee department-wide vendor governance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver reliable business support services for facilities and admin operations.
• Oversee service providers (security, janitorial, building management) to meet service levels.
• Coordinate property and facilities administration and manage space/workplace services.
• Implement procedures for general administration aligned with policies.
• Partner with Operations, HR, Finance, IT to prioritize needs and coordinate solutions.
• Track service performance and drive improvements to administrative workflows.
