Job summary

Hyundai Translead seeks a Construction & Facilities Partner to support the planning, coordination, and execution of construction and facilities programs at the Joliet facility. You will work with internal stakeholders, contractors, and vendors to ensure readiness and compliance.

Initially remote from Illinois while launching the new facility, the role will transition to full-time onsite as operations begin. Salary range listed, with extensive company benefits and travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management, coordination, or owner-side construction support environments.
• Ability to read basic architectural, mechanical, electrical, and utility drawings.
• Experience coordinating contractors, vendors, service providers, and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate facility renovation, infrastructure upgrades, and workplace readiness projects.
• Oversee contractors and service providers to support construction projects and facility operations.
• Maintain facility records, vendor relationships, and project documentation.
