Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, finance, urban planning, or related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of relevant affordable housing experience.
• Strong financial modeling and underwriting skills.
• Excellent written, oral, and public speaking communication.

Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate affordable housing development opportunities across targeted states.
• Lead underwriting and initial execution of deals, including LIHTC considerations.
• Negotiate purchase, development, and joint venture agreements; manage closing processes.
• Build relationships with owners, brokers, lenders, and government agencies.
• Coordinate with internal teams and report pipeline status to leadership.
