Selby Jennings seeks an Accounting Director to oversee accounting and financial reporting for a growing, multi-entity platform backed by private equity. The role partners with the Controller and CFO on close activities, intercompany accounting, acquisitions, and process improvements.

The candidate will lead month-end close, ensure accurate reporting, and drive improvements across ERP systems. CPA preferred with strong GAAP expertise and multi-entity experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of accounting experience required.
• Strong GAAP and financial reporting knowledge required.
• Experience with multi-entity environments and ERP systems (NetSuite a plus).

Responsabilités

• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
• Oversee reconciliations, journal entries, and intercompany accounting.
• Support financial reporting and consolidated reporting activities.
• Assist with acquisition integrations and accounting projects.
• Improve processes, controls, and accounting procedures.
• Partner with leadership on special projects and strategic initiatives.
