Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in education or related field.
• Seven (7) years of progressive related experience in Higher Education.
• Four (4) years of progressively responsible supervisory or management experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading academic support, student success, learning support, disability services, advising, or related student affairs functions in a higher education setting.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and manage professional staff in a complex higher education environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the disability services, tutoring, testing, and Independent Learning Initiative programs.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and retention for professional staff, with HR collaboration.
• Oversee planning and coordination of events and collaborations to support student success.
• Provide bi-weekly data updates for dashboards and reporting resources.
• Manage departmental expenses, budgets, and procurement in alignment with university policies.
• Act as designee to the Assistant Dean in disability services and lead the department in their absence.
