Job summary

You will supervise instructors, maintain compliance with DOL and center policies, and collaborate with leadership to optimize curriculum and outcomes.

Qualifications

Strong ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business materials and regulations.
Ability to present information clearly to varied audiences and write reports.

Responsibilities

Directs staff delivering academic training and ensures program standards meet requirements.
Trains, assigns, and supervises the academic program and instructors.
Monitors classroom instruction and conducts observations and follow-ups with instructors.
Manages budget in collaboration with senior leadership and ensures material availability.
Sets monthly productivity targets for instructors and tracks attainment.
Maintains accurate records of student progress and attendance.
Recruites and retains certified instructors; adjusts class sizes as needed.
Leads staff meetings and coordinates with Career Development Director and Center leadership.
Ensures compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.
