The incumbent will collaborate with instructors, WBL staff, and administrators to promote student attainment of credentials and job placement while maintaining fiscal discipline and strong internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2–3 years supervisory experience.
• Experience in managing Career Technical Training programs and staff.
• Certified or licensed in the state where the Center is located, or pursuing certification.

Responsibilities

• Directs staff engaged in providing career technical education training and ensures program compliance.
• Supervises CTST program staff, conducts classroom observations, and supports instructor development.
• Promotes work-based learning and placement opportunities for students and ensures safety and security.
