Job summary

Hire Consulting Services is seeking a compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to oversee ABA treatment programs in North Carolina. The BCBA will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise RBTs and staff, and collaborate with families and schools to ensure high-quality care.

The role requires strong leadership, clinical judgment, and adherence to BACB ethics. Experience with autism and developmental disabilities is preferred; licensure for North Carolina

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification with BACB
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Ability to meet North Carolina licensure requirements for behavior analysts
• Experience with autism spectrum disorder and developmental disabilities preferred
• Strong communication, leadership, and clinical-decision making skills
• Ability to supervise and mentor RBTs and clinical staff

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and skill-based assessments.
• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Analyze client data and modify programming based on progress and clinical needs.
• Provide supervision, training, and ongoing support to RBTs and behavior technicians.
• Conduct parent/caregiver training and strategies for generalizing skills.
• Collaborate with families, educators, therapists, and the care team.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with ethical, regulatory, and insurance requirements.
• Participate in team meetings and provide clinical guidance to staff.
• Ensure treatment aligns with BACB ethical standards and ABA best practices.
