Job summary

True North Consultants, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead ABA programs and supervise RBTs in North Carolina. The role involves overseeing assessments, treatment plans, data analysis and clinical guidance to the care team.

The BCBA will ensure ethical, regulatory, and insurance-compliant services while mentoring staff and training families to generalize skills across settings.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification required.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Ability to meet North Carolina licensure requirements for behavior analysts.
• Experience with autism spectrum disorder and developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership and clinical decision making skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and skill-based assessments.
• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Analyze client data and adjust programs based on progress.
• Provide supervision, training and support to RBTs and behavior technicians.
• Train parents/caregivers and advise strategies for generalizing skills.
• Collaborate with families, educators, therapists and care team members.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure regulatory and insurance compliance.
• Participate in team meetings and provide clinical guidance to staff.
• Ensure services align with BACB ethical standards and best ABA practices.
