Job summary

Curbee in the Greater Los Angeles Area is seeking a Director of OEM Business Development to build the OEM playbook and long-term strategy. You will develop new OEM relationships and deepen initiatives across headquarters, field offices, and major auto groups, with a strong focus on scalable programs.

This is a hands-on, strategic role reporting to the CEO. Expect ~60% travel and primarily onsite work in the LA area as you expand Curbee’s mobile service platform with OEM partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in automotive OEM or vendor roles.
• Proven ability to manage long sales cycles and partnerships.
• Willingness to travel ~60%.
• Strong understanding of dealership operations.
• Able to develop account plans and opportunity tracking.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop OEM relationships with automotive groups.
• Develop and execute strategies to expand awareness, pilots, and revenue.
• Share insights to inform product and GTM strategy.
• Educate partners on mobile service and Curbee platform.
• Create and manage pilot programs and OEM initiatives.
• Collaborate with Marketing to turn successes into proof points.
