Qualifikationen

• Master’s Degree may offset two years of experience.
• Knowledge of budgeting, cost analysis, staffing plans, supervision, and operational analysis.
• Experience in financial and budgetary management, including budget development, financial analysis, resource allocation.

• Direct Occupational Health administrative operations and provide enterprise-wide program support.
• Monitor operational and financial performance and develop systems for daily oversight and compliance.
• Develop annual operations OKRs and monitor performance.
• Develop and manage budgets across all Occupational Health service lines.
• Oversee dashboards, reports, and data analytics for compliance programs and workforce productivity.
• Lead EPIC/EMR template management and optimization with IT partners.
• Manage staff development, hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations.
