Job summary

Cleveland Clinic Health System in Beachwood, OH is seeking a Director of Occupational Health Operations to provide strategic and operational leadership for the department. You will oversee administrative operations, budgeting, dashboards, EPIC/EMR optimization, and performance reporting while partnering with senior clinical leaders to drive growth and service alignment.

This on-site role requires a Monday–Friday schedule from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field, plus seven years of related experience, including three years in management.
Master's degree may offset two years of experience.
Knowledge of budgeting, cost analysis, staffing plans, supervision, and operational analysis.
Experience in financial and budgetary management, including budget development, financial analysis, resource allocation, and expense management.
Ability to direct and evaluate the efforts of others.

Responsibilities

Direct Occupational Health administrative operations and provide enterprise-wide program support.
Develop annual OKRs and monitor performance.
Oversee budgets across Occupational Health service lines.
Lead EPIC/EMR template management and optimize workflows.
Partner with senior clinical leaders on staffing and schedule optimization.
