Job Summary:

The Director of Nursing Quality is a key member of our Professional Practice Department. Working alongside our nurse leaders and frontline team members, the Director will oversee nursing quality through rounding and targeted audits.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee nursing performance improvement
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to improve nursing performance
• Manage nursing data, reports, publications, and analysis
• Oversee NDNQI with data input, sharing reports, and data analysis

Requirements:

• BSN required
• Valid NYS RN License required
• Efficient in Microsoft Excel, data visualization, reports, and data analysis
• Knowledge of Nursing Key Performance Measures and regulations guidelines
• Ability to present to and engage an audience
