Job Summary

The Director of Nursing Quality is a key member of our Professional Practice Department. Working alongside nurse leaders and frontline team members, the Director will oversee nursing quality through rounding and targeted audits.

Responsibilities
  1. Oversee nursing performance improvement
  2. Collaborate with key stakeholders to enhance nursing performance
  3. Manage nursing data, reports, publications, and analysis
  4. Oversee NDNQI data input, sharing reports, and data analysis
Requirements
  1. BSN required
  2. Valid NYS RN License required
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, data visualization, reports, and data analysis
  4. Knowledge of Nursing Key Performance Measures and regulations
  5. Ability to present to and engage an audience
