Baptist Health Richmond is seeking a Director Nursing Professional Practice and Innovation to lead nursing services and drive evidence-based practice in collaboration with the VP/CNO.

The role directs patient care delivery, develops standards of practice, policies, and measures outcomes, and leads Pathway to Excellence activities. You will oversee Clinical House Supervisors and support patient throughput while advancing care delivery.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Kentucky (KY).
• BSN required; MSN or related healthcare field preferred.
• Current BLS certification.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing leadership experience.
• Strong foundation in evidence-based practice.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsabilités

• Develop and evaluate nursing standards, policies, and procedures.
• Lead Pathway to Excellence activities and redesignation processes.
