Baptist Health Richmond seeks a Director Nursing Professional Practice and Innovation to lead nursing services, advance evidence-based practice, and direct patient care systems. You will collaborate with the VP/CNO on standards, policies, and professional practice while guiding the Pathway to Excellence designation and related projects.

The role oversees Nursing Administration, supports patient throughput, and partners with executives to improve outcomes in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Kentucky.
• BSN is required.
• MSN or related healthcare field required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Minimum 2 years nursing leadership experience.
• Strong foundation in evidence-based practice.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).

Responsabilités

• Directs nursing services and drives evidence-based practice in collaboration with VP/CNO.
• Plans, directs, monitors, and evaluates nursing and patient care delivery systems.
• Leads Pathway to Excellence program designations and redesignations.
• Provides oversight of Clinical House Supervisors and supports patient throughput.
• Coordinates governance and nursing councils and serves as advisor to leadership.
• Collaborates with senior leadership to address gaps and optimize operations.
