Baptist Health Richmond in Kentucky seeks a Director of Nursing Professional Practice and Innovation to lead nursing services, advance evidence-based practice, and guide care delivery through established standards. You will partner with the VP/CNO to drive Pathway to Excellence initiatives and oversee house supervisors to ensure patient throughput.

Qualificações

• Active RN license in Kentucky.
• BSN required.
• MSN or related healthcare field required.
• Current BLS certification.
• 2 years of nursing leadership experience.
• Strong foundation in evidence‑based practice.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilidades

• Direct nursing services and drive evidence‑based practice.
• Plan, direct, monitor, and evaluate nursing delivery systems.
• Develop standards of practice, policies, and procedures.
• Lead Pathway to Excellence activities and redesignation efforts.
• Coordinate with VP/CNO and Nursing leaders on operational gaps.
• Support patient throughput and oversight of Clinical House Supervisors.
